Cooking fish in parchment paper is my new favorite way to prepare any type of fish. Earlier this week I made cod and it was amazing and I promise I'll write that recipe up.

| Pat Salmon Dry and lay in the center of parchment paper |

| Prepare topping ingredients | 
|  | 
| Pour mixture over salmon | 
Pull the sides of the parchment paper up like a tent and fold down towards fish then take sides and fold and tuck under the fish.

| 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes |
