Recipe - Pecan Crusted Salmon


Cooking fish in parchment paper is my new favorite way to prepare any type of fish. Earlier this week I made cod and it was amazing and I promise I'll write that recipe up.

Pat Salmon Dry and lay in the center of parchment paper

Prepare topping ingredients

Pour mixture over salmon

Pull the sides of the parchment paper up like a tent and fold down towards fish then take sides and fold and tuck under the fish. 

400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes

I tend to cook my salmon medium in the center which is why I give a range for cooking times. If you like your salmon a little more done go the full 20 minutes.
