Pardon me..but do you have the time?



We are always searching for time to get things done...grocery shopping, Christmas shopping, laundry, cleaning, exercise...but are you making time for the one thing that helps keep you sane, sewing/quilting?

15 minutes a day can lower your blood pressure...30 minutes and you'll be calm and ready for the day...6 hours and the world goes away and the family is eating saltine crackers for dinner but that is such a small inconvenience for sanity.
