Blog about Blogs

I blog and I read blogs, I read alot of blogs and while chatting with a Facebook friend, Hilary Frye of FryeStyle (y'all can go over and "like" her page if ya want).  So the discussion was about how many unread blog post we had, I use Google Reader so I can see how many "unread" post I have.. today 272.  But this also got me to thinking, what kind of blogs do people read...do quilters only read quilting blogs?  do dog friendly people only read dog blogs?  So this got me looking at the type of blogs I read...so here goes..
  • Quilting this includes embroidery
  • Gardening
  • Pet/Dog/Vet
  • Decorating
  • DYI
  • Cooking
  • Nutritionist
  • Fiber**lots and lots of Fiber**
  • Farming
  • News
  • Sports, Nascar/Football/Baseball
  • Knitting
  • Retail information
  • and a few that don't really have a catagory
So tell me...what type of blogs do you read?  do you stick with your hobby?  or are you as crazy as me and have blogs all over the board...

until next time
Be Kind...

  1. Crazy like you - only have been out of the loop for the past 5 months - slowly getting back to catching up.

  2. Morning KellyAnn

I about spit out my coffee when I read 'lots and lots of fiber'

I'm thinking to myself..."why is she so worried about eating enough fiber????"

Then I realized that maybe you mean fiber as in wool....too funny!

    My blog roll:

    1. Freindship blogs (just about great women all around the world)
    2. Sewing blogs
    3. DIY blogs
    4. Cooking blogs

I really love International blogs...love getting to know people from around the globe.

I think world leaders should be forced to blog with each other and talk about families, hobbies and favorite You Tube videos.

We would have fewer wars ;->

    have a lovely Virginia day

  3. Hi, Kelly Ann! Thanks for the shout-out! How sweet!

I have to admit, I don't branch out much beyond craft blogs. And my list is pretty long!
However, I've added the first food blog (yours) to my list!

    Here we go...

    Jewelry
    Fiber Arts
    Textiles
    Quilting
    Mixed-Media
